Welcome to your Restorative Yoga Experience with me, Wandering Alice.
I'm so glad you have chosen to make this time for yourself and join me on your mat for some restorative yoga practices. I believe that by allowing ourselves the opportunity to slow down and connect our mind, body and soul — to calm ourselves through breathing and postures — we open the door to transformation in other areas of our life.
So I invite you to create a beautiful space for yourself, grab your bolsters/cushions, big books/blocks, a yoga strap/scarf/tie and a few blankets and let's invite some slow into our lives!
You will also see I've added some journalling prompts for you after each lesson. If you feel inspired, open your notebook and take some time to explore your feelings!
If you have any questions, please email me. And remember, Restorative Yoga is about making a practice suited to YOU. Please do not work into pain, simply readjust, add more props, or slowly come out of the pose and rest in savasana.
