Entering the world of E-Courses is an exciting new step for me, taken as I have observed the way we communicate and learn, changing. There are so many more ways to share, connect and inspire, and this has made me consider the greater contribution I myself can make. It started as a seed of an idea, an acknowledgement (highlighted by a dear friend!) that my approach to life is something others are drawn to find out more about and, like all seeds, slowly it began to germinate until I could see an idea take shape that I knew I could nurture with true authenticity.
My first two e-courses form the basis of my ~ Leap Into Life! ~ series and will be ready later this year. They aim to promote calmness, kindness and intuitiveness as the solid foundations, before I plan to guide you into taking greater leaps towards a more creative and instinctive way of living. Each course can be studied alone, but as part of this ongoing series they will form part of a journey, which I very much hope you will join me on!

12 years ago I stepped away from the (seeming) comfort and stability of my 9-5 life to go in search of a more connected way of living with my family (read about some of that journey in my book) despite many people saying we were bonkers!
Along with my family we have maintained ~ and sustained ~ this unique wandering lifestyle for more than a decade and I can share with you HOWto think outside of the box to achieve your own dreams.
I have been eating a vegetarian (and then vegan) diet for more than 12 years and can share with you an incredible amount of information ~ both practical and philosophical ~ that will enable you to rationally consider a more compassionate way of living.
My thought-provoking poems have been printed in Vegan Life magazine and have also been featured on the VIVA! podcast.
I have overcome health and anxiety issues using only natural remedies and a holistic approach.
